Read about ReStore Cafe, this aptly named used furniture + cafe on 8 Days a while ago. Had been wanting to check it out for the longest time, and finally did so today!
First impression: so many chairs! Rather innovative way of hanging them up on the wall. I like how all of them are of different character and style, but all lovingly reupholstered. It's a small shop house space, but it is very cosy. The cafe also has coffees, pancakes, waffles, muffins and bagels. All my favourite breakfast/tea time pastries!
The furniture is all for sale, including that very cool foldable ruler! (@zbaf bought one of them for $10)
Overall a nice quiet corner for a cuppa and a book, but they don't have wifi so that's not as convenient. It is also definitely a place to go for if you want to pick up some furniture that has some solid bit of history or character to it. *imagines retro house with cool chairs*

I like that mirror that is all corroded.
Lastly, I bought their last cinnamon raisin bagel with caramel cream cheese ($5.50) to go. It was good, and the lady boss helped me toast and spread the cream cheese!
I have a weakness for bagels.
