Apple Service Centres in Singapore

The other day I tried to find a Apple authorized service provider for my mac (dying battery, needs to replace) and I realized how mobile and web unfriendly their site is when it comes to that! They used a Google Map embed and you have to type in your country so many times, and even on my desktop I don't see how that information is that easily accessible. Same for iPhone replacement. So here it is. Hopefully you will get here when you google for it and not have to suffer through multiple rounds of clicking and map zooming.

  4. I just called QCD at Tagore and strangely, the woman who answered the phone said that they do not do iPad repairs there!

And when I called eServ at Somerset 313 to ask about iPad repairs, they said there are no after sales services for iPads which are no longer under warranty. Any problematic iPads will be replaced. (i.e. 1-1 replacement)

    1. Hi there, thanks for commenting to let me know! I shall make a note. The apple website just says all devices except iPhone..

  5. Have you tried servicing your iPhone there? How long is the queue? thanks!

  6. Hi Paul, I've not tried servicing my iPhone there as it still works perfectly fine. From what I know usually they do on-the-spot replacement so remember to back up your phone before sending it in.

    2. To answer your question, No. Iphone comes with local warranty only. So, if you buy it in Singapore, you have to service it in Singapore only. Besides, Apple do not allow you to change your iphone Color once purchased. So if you buy black, you are stuck with black. Hope this helps.

  13. Hi, I believe if there is international warranty you can bring it to an Apple Service Center in Indonesia to get it fixed or replaced.

I am however not an expert, just a Singaporean blogger! Good luck.

  17. Hi Alexis. I've asked around about battery replacement here in Singapore. Some of my friends said that not all of the listed service centres cater to macbook battery replacement. But I'm not so sure about that.

Also, I know this might be sort of a technical question but it would be a huge help if you could tell me how much will It cost me to replace a macbook pro 13.3" battery. I have about 2 months left till I leave this sunny Singapore and have asked around my friends back at home and Apple quoted €230. Thank you so much.

  18. I bought an iPhone 5 in US, and I think there is something wrong in its system and I want it to be replaced. Can it be replaced in Singapore? And in what store? Thank you. Please reply.

  19. Hi anon, from what I read iPhones do have 1 year international warranty, but please call the authorized Apple Service Centers in Singapore like http://www.eserv.com.sg/ and ask them if they can replace it for you because I also read that normally they only do minor repairs not replacements.

I'm Bobbi from indonesia,I have trouble with my iPad air 128 GB .3 days ago, I upgraded to ios 9.2 and 2days later my iPad was totally off

And it can not be enabled at all even with hard reset. I brought my iPad to IBOX Indonesia and they recommended to bringing my iPad to Singapore.. And FYI the warranty already finished .

I just want to know how much the price is if I exchange with the new iPad air 128GB

I'm looking forward for your replay

  27. Hi Bobbi, best to call Apple Singapore and see what they advise. Or come to Singapore and trade in your iPad at Sim Lim or funan. Can't advise on prices because I don't work for apple or any electronics store!
