I went on a food trail to check out some of the nominees a couple of weeks ago and did a video about the trip. Really enjoyed the butter crab from Mellben Signature, the international buffet from Escape Restaurant (which I blogged about before!) and the cocktails and food from Tiger's Milk (now I know where to go for Peruvian food in Singapore).
