First Seating from 5pm to 8pm at $168++ per person
Second Seating from 8.15pm onwards at $188++ per person
Here's what to expect:
Appetiser featuring the wagyu beef cheek and smoked salmon.
My favourite: dungeness crab salad stuffed in conchiglioni pasta (largest pasta ever). I loved how homely yet delicious it was.
For mains, we had a choice between the Baked Cajun Lobster Tail with Tobiko and Hokkaido Scallop...
And of course, steak. It's 180g prime rib of beef, carved from their signature serving station.
That beautiful medium-rare (my choice) of steak is served with mashed potatoes, yorkshire pudding, whipped cream horseradish (really tasted like wasabi!) with a choice of creamed corn, spinach or buttered peas.
We finished off with a plate of chocolate desserts, which was pretty nice (but the steak is the star here).
Diners will also receive a free Valentine's Day gift each. I would say this is a pretty good deal for Valentine's Day, before the Chinese New Year begins so book now!
