Just a quick post about this little cafe slash retail store concept on Duxton Road that has popped up in recent years which does not say it is anything of a cafe in their name, Monumental Lifestyle. Went there for a quick lunch and coffee.
It's a cool shop and eating spot all in one (with good ventilation so no greasy smells), which makes for a more chillax atmosphere with less human beings. That, I liked.
They use coffee beans from Ritual and has a big ol' coffee machine plus drip cups on display.
I was pleasantly surprised to see Park Bench Deli's sandwiches doing an appearance there with prices from $14 to $17 nett.
There's also a small breakfastish menu, nothing to intense.
I quite liked my Chipotle Chicken sandwich (S$14) and latte (S$6.50) even if things were on the pricier side! You can escape here to work for an afternoon and it would be worth it for the F&B.
