This place is so out of the way you almost need a passport to get to, but it offers such exotic food, you feel like you have to anyway! Pohang Seafood & Butchery is a restaurant with authentic Korean seafood and sashimi, which is quite rare in Singapore since the bulk of the restaurants offer BBQ or cooked food. There are 3 branches and we went to the Jurong one. The restaurant itself is VERY barebones and sound actually echoes around quite a lot so.. don't speak any secrets you don't want overheard!
We decided to be adventurous and get the Sashimi Set (Sliced Raw Flat Fish and Salmon Set Medium) to share between the 4 of us.
Each set comes with an assortment of dishes to start, including a very comforting porridge, some hotplate corn, cold noodles and acorn jelly. I know, it takes getting some used to.

Here's the main event, the flat fish sashimi, which tasted incredibly fresh and not fishy at all.
It was the perfect protein for the perilla leaf with some chilli sauce.
There's also raw salmon sashimi, which was fatty, rich and smooth.
There are other smaller seafood dishes like these crunchy things, perfect with some Terra beer.
And at the end they brought out this hotpot stew to end the meal in case one's feeling unsatisfied. This is sure to warm the cockles of the coldest of hearts.
There's also one final handroll which is like the door stopper for the entire meal. SO STUFFED.
Even though the set was for 3, I'd say it is plenty sufficient for up to 4 pax. Still kind of pricey but worth it for all the fresh seafood you'll get and the authentic ambiance of a Korean seafood restaurant.
