Macau Chinese Restaurant: Bravo Palace at Fisherman's Wharf

Bravo Palace is a new modern Chinese restaurant  which serves up delicious Chinese delicacies prepared just the way royalty would have liked it. I found it rather pleasant when I tried it, and imagine this to be something that will be popular among the older Chinese folks. We had for example, the roasted baby pigeon. It looked rather grotesque because of the head, but it was really yummy in fact, being tender and well marinated before roasting.

We also tried double boiled soups, fried fish, some fried vegetables, including lady's fingers and dim sum red bean mochi for dessert. There's also ice jelly. All of which were meticulously prepared. Something different during my food tour of Macau.

This is one restaurant that you can be assured of getting good Chinese food at a reasonable price. Definitely try the roasted baby pigeon if you are there!
