If you are a first-timer to Macau, you should definitely make a reservation at Henri's Galley that's established in 1976. It is an old-school restaurant that serves up traditional Macanese food such as the breaded Bacalhau (cod fish) and African Chicken. Those two are the must-order, but do also try their spicy prawns and order some veggies to share!
