Ice cream starts at $3.20 for a single scoop and $5.60 for a double, with $0.50 add-on for premium. It's only $10 per pint and you still only add on $0.50 for a premium pint! There are about 20 flavours.
How the ice cream is made at Double Scoops is incredible. The milk used is double pasteurized. Real yam is steamed to make the "orh nee" yam ice cream, and the gula melaka used in the salted gula melaka ice cream comes from Malacca! Real strawberries are used in the strawberry sorbet, and you can see bits of tea in the Thai milk tea ice cream. I tried the D24 Durian flavour too and it is SUPER flavoursome. No durian was stinged!
If you order the waffle ($3.60 on its own), it will be served either with chocolate sauce, maple syrup or homemade salted caramel. I had the salted gula melaka ice cream with waffle drizzled in housemade salted caramel sauce ($6.80).
A pot of Twinings camomile tea ($3.50) went very well with it!
