Fine dining top pick: Cure at 21 Keong Saik Road, Singapore 089128

Cure was probably the top restaurant of 2015 in my books after I tried it in November last year. Each course by ex-Esquina chef Andrew Walsh was exquisite, yet not overly fine with a slight rustic touch. That made dining at the semi-dark, casual-ish little restaurant on Keong Saik a relaxed and enjoyable experience. The service was also impeccable, with the staff being friendly and fully knowledgeable about the food they were serving. I really could not find any fault with it.

At $95++ for a four course and $75++ for a three course menu during weekdays, I'd say Cure is also one of the most value-for-money top end restaurants in Singapore. Menus change every month (view Feb's here), so I might just go back again for another meal soon. Meanwhile, I'll just let the food porn do the talking, but I'll skip the reviewing of each since it will just be a 5/5, plus they might not be on the menu anymore!
