Cafe Review: Oberstrasse opposite Lavender MRT, 809 French Rd, Singapore 200809

I've been going to Oberstrasse cafe regularly since coming back, as it is conveniently located near Lavender MRT, my old work place, and serves one of the best coffees in that area. It's a German name, which I found out from DanielFoodDiary's blog was where the owner met his girlfriend in Switzerland. Anyway, I just wanted to note this down in case anyone around that area is looking for a cafe with good wifi to sit and have a cuppa. I also love their rosti with egg and sausage - a must-try if you are there for brunch or lunch! Otherwise get one of the famous Windowsill Pies (which used to be in the area, but has since moved) to go with the coffee.
