On my trip to Bandung Indonesia, Steph had introduced me to this cafe/restaurant called Hummingbird Eatery, and I'm here to recommend it to ALL of you because it is such a great find!
In short, though you wouldn't expect it, Hummingbird Eatery was on par if not even better than some of the Singapore cafes that popped up in recent times. It was every bit the indie, quirky, but at the same time, had such delicious food.

The menu. Food is SO CHEAP. SO GOOD. SO MANY CHOICES.
Rainbow cake. It is very famous for some reason in Bandung. This one has 7 layers, impressive! How much work is required...

Definitely a must-go if you are in Bandung. I can't rave enough.
