So this is coming out ahead of the actual Tanoke sake gastrobar review (it's newly opened in 2021), but this daytime Sunday sake brunch has less items so I thought I'll share about it first! I went on 14th February, Valentine's Day (and also the 3rd day of CNY) for a tasting of Tanoke's Sake Brunch which is available every Sunday, 11.30am to 3pm and must say it is a super good deal drinks-wise. And the food items are oishii to boot so this is a great place to brighten up your Sundays if you feel like escaping the humdrum of regular life. The gastrobar is situated right opposite Garibaldi at Purvis St on the 2nd floor (near Bras Basah, City Hall) and it looks quite different in the day than night. Cosy place, so reservations are definitely recommend.
